Welcome to the Bolder.

Welcome to the Bolder.
Inviting & inclusive
From June 7th to 9th, it was time for the annual 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen – one of the world’s largest design festivals showcasing renowned furniture and interior design brands.
When we think of the 1960s, we’re straight back to the “Mad men” era – when smoking, drinking, and socialising were all natural parts of office hours.
On Eikund’s quest to share the Norwegian design legacy with the world, we’ve spent countless hours on a treasure hunt through Norway–collecting designs that are made to endure the test of time.
Not far from where Eikund was founded, and made their first chairs, theses spectacular cabins have slowly emerged. The Bolder. A place hovering high above the Lysefjord, one of Norway’s most spectacular fjords, introducing Norwegian design aligned with Norwegian nature.
Expect the unexpected. This can easily be explained with what we all are experiencing now, but it’s not necessarily a pandemic, a war, or drought. Nonetheless, I think it will always be something that will disturb the development. All problems need to be solved and you must be ready for that.
