Delivery Guidelines

You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

→ Examination of the item

After the buyer has received the product(s), the buyer should investigate whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during the transport, or whether the products have other faults or defects.

→ The risk of the item

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer when the item is taken over by the buyer in accordance with the agreement. If the delivery time has arrived and the buyer fails to take over an item placed at his or her disposal under the agreement, the buyer nevertheless has the risk of loss or damage due to the properties of the item itself.

→ Post office in store (Norway):

Applies only to ordering interior goods. Shipping method for post officel in store is a climate neutral service package and is delivered at the stated delivery point. You can receive a code for tracking package when the package is on its way, with notification on SMS and e-mail from Posten. The deadline for all domestic parcels is 14 days. Packages that are not picked up before this deadline are sent back to the sender and the buyer must pay a unclaimed fee. Reminder will be sent to the recipient after 5 days.

Packages domestically arriving in the period from 1 to 17 of July will not be returned until August 1st and can be picked up throughout July. Packages will also not be returned during the period 23.12-1.1. When using SMS/email notification, reminder is sent day 3 and day 11.

→ Unclaimed order (Norway):

Posten has a pick up deadline of 14 days for “retrieve – post office in store“. You should pick up the shipment within this deadline. If the shipment is not collected within the deadline, it will automatically be returned to Eikund. Regardless of the reason, it will then be possible for the customer to receive an unclaimed fee to cover Posten’s and Eikund’s expenses in connection with the relevant order. Crossing the “denied received” to return the consignment is not a permitted practice, and the consignment is then considered as unclaimed. The fee must cover the seller’s actual outlay to deliver the goods to the buyer. Such a fee is not charged to buyers under the age of 18.
