Wonders Chair Gallery specialises in high-end artisan dining chairs and stools by talented international designers. All timeless and with their own authentic roots.

Every few months the Wonders Chair Gallery spotlights one of their trusted partners or a carefully selected designer. This way you can get to know more of their background and collection as we then show more of their chairs but also tables, loungers and sofas.

Just five years ago, the young Norwegian brand Eikund began their quest to bring back the mid-century modern masterpieces from Norway’s past, as most were no longer in production. No easy task, but the result in just a few years is already stunning!

We are truly honoured that they partnered with us to launch these Nordic icons on the European continent for the first time.

After Norway, Copenhagen, New York, London and Melbourne Australia we now present to you, in the historic heart of Utrecht, the skilfully crafted timeless new classics Fluffy, Hertug, Krysset, Veng, Øya, Jaer and a few more beauties, so come along to meet our new Scandinavian friends and who knows, you might even want to take one home!

Dutch designer Jesse Visser is also invited to present his limited edition ‘Beacon of Light’ lamps. These poetic objects with their rough bolder complement the Nordic feel perfectly.

The pop-up is open until may 29th 2022.

Opened in 2013 this design gallery has, with its many shows, become a major platform in the contemporary Dutch Design scene, so please stop by for a visit at this historic location in the heart of Utrecht. The collection ranges from the less common Nordic mid-century classics up to the very latest craft masterpieces from as far away as Japan. Plus, a surprising selection of some amazing pieces in between. All pieces are still, again or just in production and can be customised when ordered. In addition, the Workshop of Wonders interior design studio can support the choices and help select a matching dining table and chandelier to complete your dining experience.
